1. About the Exercise Portal 

 

The Exercise Portal is used by Northly to deliver simulated content in support of exercises, simulations, training activities and related professional services. 

 

The Exercise Portal does not require users to create an account, register, or provide personal information. We do not use the Exercise Portal to collect participant names, email addresses, contact information, payment information, or other information directly from users. 

 

2. Information Collected Automatically 

 

The Exercise Portal is hosted using Wix Studio and Wix hosting services. 

 

When you access the Exercise Portal, certain limited technical information may be processed automatically by Wix or its service providers as part of operating, securing and maintaining the website. This may include information such as: 

• IP address; 

• browser and device information; 

• operating system; 

• general connection and technical information; and 

• information necessary for website security, stability and performance. 

 

Northly does not use the Exercise Portal to independently track individual participants or create profiles of their activity. 

 

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies 

 

The Exercise Portal may use cookies and similar technologies provided by Wix that are necessary or useful for the security, operation, stability and performance of the website. 

 

Northly does not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on the Exercise Portal. 

 

Your browser may allow you to manage or block cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of the Exercise Portal. 

 

4. How Information Is Used 

 

To the extent that technical information is processed through the Exercise Portal, it may be used to:

As a result, limited technical information associated with use of the Exercise Portal may be processed or stored by Wix and its service providers in jurisdictions outside Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. 

 

Third-party service providers process information in accordance with their own privacy and security practices and their agreements with Northly.

Northly limits its collection and use of personal information through the Exercise Portal and takes reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information involved. 

 

Technical information processed by our service providers may be retained in accordance with their applicable retention practices and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and maintain their services. 

 

7. Your Privacy Rights 

 

Depending on where you are located, applicable privacy laws may provide you with rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access to or correction of personal information and, in certain circumstances, deletion or restriction of its processing. 

 

Because the Exercise Portal does not require user accounts or directly collect identifying information from participants, Northly may hold little or no information that can reasonably be associated with a particular visitor.
